It started as two designers and a borrowed laptop. Then it got a bus, a crew, and a volume problem.

This is the part about who we are. We’re a brand and digital studio from Freetown that builds identities, websites and packaging with the volume up. There’s logic under the colour and care behind the noise — and a simple rule running through all of it: if it doesn’t move people, it doesn’t leave the garage.

Loud on purpose

Studio Poda was founded in 2019 by Kadi — still our driver-in-chief — with a borrowed laptop, a cousin’s spare desk and one client who paid in two instalments and a crate of oranges. The oranges are gone. The rule they paid for is still on the wall: make it move people, or don’t make it.

Today we’re a crew of eight — designers, a developer, a strategist, a writer and a conductor-producer who keeps the whole route on time — working out of Freetown for clients in six cities. We are serious about the work and unserious about almost everything else. Timelines wear good shoes here. Typography stretches. Every project rides the full route: strategy, identity, design, build — nothing rolls out until it can hold its own on a crowded street.
